when you log in do ::male or ::female

after that do ::pure

then you should have all cb lvls apart from def 2 99

then spawn a wep just do ::item eg ::item 14484 1 thts for claws

then head of 2 ::train thats were you train def on crabs

after about 70 def go to ::corp or ::td for bosses
when you get 99 def spawn som stuff and pk
