I am jangex576 in game and posting and i was wondering how to get items i know how i mean just to get the list of what is what...please help thanks

you mean the item list?
go to download section on the forum - under item list download or something like that
then from there you get the link

First click the "HOME" button at the bar on the top of this website.
Second click on the download button after scrolling down a bit.
Now you should find very easily someone who have written an item list.
